Shipping Policy

We work hard to pack and ship all orders quickly and safely. By placing an order with Heavenlee Treats, you agree to the following shipping terms:


1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Because many of our products are perishable or heat-sensitive, we may delay shipping to ensure safe delivery. This may include shipping early in the week to avoid weekend delays or extended time in transit.

If an item cannot be safely shipped due to weather or carrier conditions, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping date to protect product quality.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on your location within Canada and are calculated using the following structure:

Central Canada (Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan):

  • $10 flat rate shipping on orders $75+
  • Free shipping on orders over $150

Other Canadian Provinces (British Columbia, Alberta, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Prince Edward Island):

  • $10 flat rate shipping on orders $100+
  • Free shipping on orders over $200

Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut):

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location

3. Delivery

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

HeavenLee Treats is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen
  • Damage caused by extreme weather conditions during transit

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.


4. Warm Weather & Heat Sensitivity

Candy and chocolate can melt during shipping.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for melting, but we package items as securely as possible to reduce the risk.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we will correct it.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please follow our Return & Refund Policy (photos required).

If your package shows as delivered but is missing, contact the carrier to begin a claim. We will assist when possible.


7. International Shipping

If international shipping becomes available, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.


8. Acceptance of These Terms
